Another successful story of stateless child’ application!! This child was born in the UK. Her parents are INDIAN NATIONALS and became overstayers in the UK due... to some personal circumstances. The family struggled a lot in the UK to regularise their immigration status and in the while, when her daughter completed 5 years in the UK, we applied for a Registration as a British child under the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. We submitted this application on 13 August 2020 and today within less than 2 months we have received her approval letter by post.
