We are recruiting... We are looking to recruit a talented and driven individual to join our IT team, within the role of IT Systems Analyst. This is a role for someone with a broad understanding of IT, with sound technical knowledge including web-based technologies. You will be keen to make a difference and get stuck into projects. The role is varied and challenging, and involves:... - Designing technical and business solutions; and working with suppliers to deliver these. - Documenting technical requirements for new IT software systems, changes to existing systems, and integration of processes and data. - Identifying opportunities to improve business effectiveness through improved processes, data management and analysis, innovation of IT solutions and potential migration to cloud services. - Undertaking investigative troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Resolving user issues and providing support for the service desk. - Configuring and maintaining systems. Relevant Knowledge, Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate: - - Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking. - Experience of working with software suppliers and developers to design and deliver web-based solutions such as customer portals and APIs. - Familiarity with cloud computing services and concepts. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, experience with Office 365 and MS Azure, and a working knowledge of server and network infrastructure, including Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and virtualisation. You may not have all this experience now; however, you will be able to demonstrate your aptitude and willingness to learn. The recruitment process requires a basic police clearance.
