It's Purple Tuesday today, a change programme focused on improving the customer experience of disabled people. We considered the experience of those with hearing impairment and have a hearing loop on a timer switch so that it's automatically on for anyone who needs it during working hours. Voluntary interviews: We represent clients at informal "chats" with the Police and can make sure you are properly advised and represented throughout. The cost of our representation is covered by legal aid and everyone automatically qualifies for this cover when their case is at the police investigation stage.
