They created the Artwalk to beautify the abandoned buildings in downtown and celebrate local artists. This one's for anyone who wants to close their eyes and dream of sitting on the beach.... YOU WILL NEED - Coconut flavoured rum - we use Koko Kanu. It's a tropical addition to this cocktail but also great to sip on ice for a sweet rummy treat... - Any white or dark rum (we like dark for its rich, caramelly flavour but white works too) - Pineapple juice - Coconut milk - just from the tin is fine! Make sure you give it a good stir. If you don't have any you can swap this out for milk or cream. - Optional - coconut syrup METHOD Makes 1 cocktail - Fill your glass with ice - Add 20ml of Coconut flavoured rum - Add 20ml of your choice of rum - Add 50ml coconut milk - Top with 50ml of pineapple juice - If you have coconut syrup, add a dash now - it makes the cocktail a little bit sweeter and even more flavoursome Give it a good stir and ENJOY! Tiny pieces of red coral mix with regular sand to turn it totally pink! From Horseshoe Bay Beach in Bermuda to Crane Beach in Barbados... and plenty of others in between!...
