COVID 19 UPDATE We know that people will be concerned about moving house with the whole of Scotland moving in to Tier Four restrictions as of Boxing Day. Under the current government guidelines, moving home can continue to take place in and between all five of Scotland's tier levels. People may also move between Scotland and the rest of the UK when moving home or for activities in connection with the maintenance, purchase, sale, letting, or rental of residential property... that the person owns or for which that person is otherwise responsible. Importantly, this is only if the move can be carried out safely, so all people involved in the transaction must be free of any coronavirus symptoms, and not be self-isolating. People must also adhere to the usual physical distancing requirements. All five of our offices remain open for business, and we continue to carry out viewings of the properties we are marketing, so long as this can be done safely.
