SCAM ALERT We have been made aware of a scam email received by a customer. The scam email appears to come from Jersey Post and advises you that an item is being held and requires payment before it can be released for delivery. ... Attached is an example of the email. If you receive an email similar to this, please do not click on any of the links or make payment. Please note that our emails are always Jersey Post branded and any customs related emails are emailed directly from our Customs Administrator. We are also aware that there are other scams in circulation claiming to be from Royal Mail, HMRC and DPD. Please be vigilant, especially at this time of year. If you are unsure whether a communication is legit, please do not respond and contact us directly for clarification.

It's World Postcard Day! We were overwhelmed by how brilliant the nearly 300 entries to our Design a Jersey Postcard competition were. Everyone encapsulated our theme of 'Celebrating Jersey' beautifully and it was not easy to choose the winners! Huge congratulations to our winners and runners up for each category:... (Beth was unable to attend sadly, but we were pleased her mum could join us on her behalf!) The three winning designs are now on sale at Broad Street Post Office with proceeds going to our chosen charity, HOLIDAYS FOR HEROES JERSEY. Well done and thank you every one!

We would like to remind customers that the de minimis level for paying GST on imported goods changes from 240 to 135 today.
