We are very much still open for business! Although our offices remain closed in order to protect our staff and clients our lawyers are still working hard throughout this uncertain time. All of our teams have adapted to the circumstances and are able to offer telephone appointments.... Our Private Client department are able to draft Wills remotely and offer doorstep signings for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney so you do not have to leave your home. Additionally they are able to offer a free initial telephone conversation to discuss Probate matters to help you decide whether you need any legal assistance with regard to the administration of an estate. Our property team are also still working hard to progress sales and purchases and we are able to provide cost quotes over the phone or by email. Our family team are operating as normal and able to provide expert advice by telephone and email. The family courts are still proceeding with most hearings now taking place by telephone to ensure everyone continues to have access to justice when it comes to family matters, especially during this period of uncertainty.
