Nikki was part of our opening team here in 2013, so we are thrilled to be working with her again (Pandas are her favourite animal too)! Seán has worked in some of the most amazing restaurants in town and @thecocktailpanda used to serve him on a daily basis, when he briefly worked at Villager, when renovating Panda & Sons. Scott most recently of the excellent, but short lived Superico completes this team of culinary Ninjas. See you all sometime over the weekend folks!

Coconut Daiquiri Another drink from our Silent Menu using our Switching technique. We switch out some of the water in the White Rum for Thai coconut milk, which we then clarify. This is a good example of the technique adding not only flavour, but also a lovely texture to the cocktail.... It’s an absolute banger! #silentmenu
